• Please leave shoes on the hallway rack

• Rinse off in shower or sea before sauna

• Dry off before entering buildings

• Bring two towels: one to sit on in sauna, one to cover yourself

• Check with others before adding water to stones
  (max 2-3 ladles)

• Essential oils welcome Wednesdays & Sundays, kl.20-21 only

• Enter water using stairs, no diving

• Swim with a buddy when possible
