For everyones comfort and safety

• Please leave shoes on the hallway rack

• Dry excess water off your body og out of your hair, så you don’t drip water all over the floor of the hallway and sauna

• Always sit on a towel and cover your naked body

• Check with others before pouring water on the stones
  (only 1 ladle)

• You may use essential oils only on Wednesdays & Sundays from 8 till 9 pm

• Enter water using the stairs,

• No diving for your own safety

• Swim with a buddy when possible

• Have respect for the waves and the undertow
